The best way to start the journey to better health is to take a close look at yourself and your life.
What habits are serving you?
What habits are preventing you from feeling good about yourself and your life? (Hint: you already know some of them.)

Planning
The next step is to come up with a plan to get you where you want to be.
What are your goals?
How do you usually plan things? Is that working for you or should you consider a new approach?

Execution
Once you commit, how will you make sure to stay on track?
Is this the part that's most difficult? (Yes!)
How can you change that? What is it that usually gets in the way?
Healthy weight is often where the journey begins.
Daily habits are vital, once a healthy weight is achieved.
Exercise is only part of it, just keep moving.
Proper sleep lays the foundation for everything else.
Learning to control thoughts and emotions.
Surrounding yourself with positive, nurturing, like-minded people.
