I’ve always been guided by a desire to serve — to help others grow, find balance, and build lives that feel whole. That commitment began in the Peace Corps, where I learned that real impact starts with listening, compassion and hard work. Later, in the demanding world of Wall Street and corporate finance, I carried those same principles forward. Over nearly three decades, I've helped organizations plan strategically and make confident decisions. Yet somewhere along the way, I realized that while I was helping others succeed, I was neglecting my own well-being and sense of alignment. 

Like many professionals, I was moving fast but feeling depleted. Running became my anchor, a way to clear my head, reconnect with my body, and remember what truly matters. Each early morning reminded me that consistency and care create momentum, not pressure or perfection. Those moments taught me to value presence over performance and to lead myself with the same empathy I tried to show others. 

I founded Great Habits Within to help others find that same alignment, where health, purpose, and performance can coexist. My mission is to help busy professionals reconnect with what matters most and build daily habits that support lasting energy, balance, and clarity. This approach blends my background in planning and analytics with a heart-centered coaching philosophy rooted in service, awareness, and love-led action.
